Goblin Problem

For the most part, the tribal settlements keep to themselves, preferring to avoid stirring up trouble. Goblins however can be quite susceptible to outside influence. They find themselves occasionally exploited by power-hungry tyrants seeking to profit from raiding. These malevolent figures manipulate the settlements, inciting raids on nearby villages, only to flee with the plunder when the local communities decide to address the Goblin Problem themselves.

The locations listed below are either under the influence of these malevolent powers, or being raided by goblins who are.

If players visit the the settlements that are being raided, they may simply be asked by the local population for help with a local goblin problem.

If they encounter Kor, or any of the Goblins listed, they will try to explain the situation is not the goblins fault.

Kor will earnestly seek assistance in overthrowing these tyrants and will explain not only will this save goblin lives but it also prevent future raids. Kor is offering no material reward beyond the satisfaction of a noble deed, but promises his heartfelt gratitude, and stands ready to aid those whom he owes, provided the request aligns with his personal moral code.

GM's Tip: Use "Call The Guards" at the Goblin settlement. The first non-goblin that turns up will usually be the troublemaker.
