Treaty Day
Treaty Day, a holiday hardly observed elsewhere, is a huge deal in City of Meltford. As much a celebration of the treaty, it also the anniversary of Ebrana's founding. The Ebrana festival is a three day affair, culminating with huge public celebration at The Monument to Peace on the 31st of Caspilos.
During the festival, you can find street entertainment, temporary stalls selling paper Ebrana flags, and much drinking and revelry. The festival concludes with a fireworks display arranged by the local Wizard University.
