Religious Discrimination in Kestiobar

Kestiobar is a strictly henotheisic state, worship of gods other than Solos is illegal, with slim exceptions for visitors. The small number of citizens of other faiths prey in secret, and create secret temples in residences.

Players worshiping or wearing the symbol of other gods in public are like to suffer anything from disapproving tuts from citizens, to harassment from watchmen or guards, even up to arrest. Though visitors are technically allowed to worship other gods, guards may expect you to prove you are a visitor, or even invent trumped up changes in order to detain and inconvenience you.

Citizens of other faiths can expect jail time for breaking this law, a few months is typical. However, in response to Rebels of Kestiobar, many are now also being charged with seditious conduct, a much more serious crime.
