A legend persists that The All Seeing Eye sees all and knows all. The rumours are true.
The tower was constructed long ago of a strange grey mineral. The architecture of the 300 foot tower amplifies and targets the effects of scrying magic. While on the highest floor, a magic user can spend a level 5 spell slot to cast the spell. The tower itself is the spell's focus and the target gets a -10 modifier to their save. The tower can used this way once per day, recharging in exactly 24-hours.
The current occupier of the tower, Levina, has vowed that this power should not fall in to the wrong hands. Although she can be persuaded to use the tower to help someone in genuine need, such as to help finding a lost person.
