1 2 sp Riversticks Batons (Gaming Set) common Four custom carved teak batons, designed for playing the popular otterfolk game Riversticks. The sticks have been shaped for both aquadynamics and sturdiness, but each is of a slightly different shape.
Playing riversticks requires flowing water. Sticks are dropped in the water and raced to a downstream finish-line. Riversticks may appear to be a game of chance, but expert players know how to give themselves the edge with starting placement and by knowing which of their sticks to use on a given course.

1 360 gp Steam audio reproducer uncommon Records sound by cutting a grove in to a wet clay cylinder. Can also play the sound back. The sound loses much of it's depth, but is surprisingly audible. A single clay cylinder can contain 1 minute of sound. The cylinders are very fragile once made.

The audio reproducer is powered by a small, yet noisy, steam engine that can be turned on and off at will. The engine can hold 1/4 of a pint of oil, which it consumes in 1 hour of operation. (See flask of oil in the SRD.)
