Growing Pipeleaf is forbidden in Jatrad, and the council has instructed the guards to crack down on its import, saying it makes the peasants lazy. Help the farmers sell their crop for a premium!
Find Vannarda Haetheng and deliver them a shipment of Pipe Leaf from the Halflings in Astrus. She was supposed to be in Lath Elebril but has had to lay low after a run in with the watch.
Don't let the guards sniff you out or you could end up paying a hefty fine.
