Apprentice

"Forging the tools that build the future." -- Motto of the Blacksmith's Guild.

You have completed your apprenticeship to a profession or trade. You started a child, and honed your craft over many years and are now well respected in your learned profession. You may have left as soon as your apprenticeship was up, or you might have run the business for a little while, or you may already be considered a master yourself. This background covers entertainers, artisans and other professionals.

Work with the Game Master to work out what your apprenticeship was for, and what you have done with your skills since.

Apprentices can have a wide variety of characteristics. From a humble blacksmith to a bardic rockstar famous across Ataland, many started as a apprentice. In common they share a passion for their craft, a desire to improve upon it and share it with others. It doesn't hurt to get paid too.
