Temple of Halganon

This stone temple is intentionally kept icy cold by permanent ritual magic. Chilled water drips from icicles on the ceiling, and the insides of the windows are covered in frost. Temples to Halganon are vanishingly rare, and although it still has worshipers, many of the religion's rituals and traditions have been lost to time. There are several stray dogs here; somebody at the temple must feed them.
This temple is hostile to followers of Vastra.
